Because of the nature of digital consulting services, our refund policy differs from policies that apply to physical products.

When you book a service, you are reserving dedicated time and intellectual resources that cannot be recovered once used.
No Refund After Service Delivery

- Refunds are not provided after the consultation has been completed
- Refunds are not available once any deliverables, frameworks, or materials have been shared
- Partial usage of a service does not qualify for a partial refund
By completing your purchase, you agree that the service is considered delivered once access or consultation has been provided.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans may change, therefore:
- You may request to reschedule your session with at least 24 hours notice
- Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be accepted
- Missed sessions without prior notice are considered fulfilled and are non-refundable
