Service Nature

No Refund After Service Delivery

  • Refunds are not provided after the consultation has been completed
  • Refunds are not available once any deliverables, frameworks, or materials have been shared
  • Partial usage of a service does not qualify for a partial refund

By completing your purchase, you agree that the service is considered delivered once access or consultation has been provided.


Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change, therefore:

  • You may request to reschedule your session with at least 24 hours notice
  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be accepted
  • Missed sessions without prior notice are considered fulfilled and are non-refundable

Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)
